Electronics Line 3000 Ltd. Appoints COO

Petach Tikvah, Israel (January 22, 2007) - Electronics Line 3000 Ltd.
(Prime Standard: ELN) announces today, that the company has further
reinforced its management team by appointing a Chief Operating
Officer (COO). Galit Harel (40), who joined the company in January
2007 will be responsible for managing internal operations and
procedures. Galit Harel will manage the company's IT department,
including the implementation of an advanced CRM system, and will also
be in charge of the Customer Care department as well as operational
processes and activities.

CEO Amir Hayek stated: "We decided to establish the new position of a
COO in order to further improve efficiency of operations and
processes within the company. Considering the fact that efficient
operations are a critical factor in having short time-to-market and
for maintaining competitive advantages, we believe that this should
be credited by nominating a dedicated manager in charge. We are happy
that with Galit we won the ideal candidate with designated experience
for this new position at Electronics Line 3000."

Prior to joining the company, Galit managed the planning department
at the strategic division of Bank Hapoalim, the leading bank in
Israel. Galit also brings a wealth of experience from her time with
software quality assurance company Tescom, where she held senior
positions including VP Operations and COO. Galit is a certified
trader on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange and has been a board member of
several Israeli brokerage firms.

Galit holds a BA in Economics from the Tel Aviv University and an MBA
from the College of Management.
